Messaging

Use the Edge Cloud messaging feature to send instant messages to one or more Edge Cloud operators and professionals. Operators will see the message in their message center widget; professionals will receive an email that invites them to log into Edge Cloud to retrieve the message. In addition, you can set up a workflow to prompt you to send a message whenever a specific event occurs.
