Dental Conditions Editor

Use the Dental Conditions editor to create and manage health and dental conditions that you can apply to your patient tooth charts and treatment charts. Each dental condition includes a name, the area affected (i.e. whole mouth, arch, tooth, root, surface, quadrant or sextant), description, and display details.

  1. Click to OpenOpen Dental Conditions Editor - Home ribbon bar > Tools section > Editors > Treatment > Dental Conditions.  (You can also use the Search field to look for the editor you want to work with.)

  2. Click to OpenCreate or Edit a Dental Condition - You can add a dental condition to your list, or choose to work with an existing record.

  3. Click to OpenEdit Dental Condition - Use the Edit Dental Condition section of the window to change the name of this condition, choose the area of the patient's mouth or tooth that is affected, and specify how this condition should look when it is applied to a patient's tooth chart.

  4. Click to OpenSave Changes - Click Save in your Quick Access toolbar or File ribbon bar (or press Ctrl+S on your keyboard) to save any changes you have made.
