Set Up HR Manager Security

Determine the security rights each employee has for accessing the HR Manager.

How to Get Here

• Home ribbon bar > Editors > Practice > Security. (See "Set Up Security Access" for details)

   

  Click Editors from the Tools section of the Home ribbon bar.

  

  Select Practice in the list at the left and choose the Security option.

Setup

The Security Groups box lists general areas of Edge. The current level of access is color coded: Red indicates no access, yellow indicates read-only access, green indicates full access and no color indicates custom access. When first setting up a security model, be sure you assign a level of access to each security group.
