Add Findings to Treatment Plan / Chart

The data you enter into the Findings page of the patient folder can be imported directly into the treatment chart and plan.

Use This Feature

1. Open the Patient's Treatment Hub or Treatment Plan - Patient folder > Treatment Hub or Treatment Plan tab.

   Open a patient folder and click the Treatment Hub tab.

   

   Or the Treatment Plan tab.

   

2. Initiate Import - While adding data to a Text Only or List and Text column, click Import from the Treatment Chart or Treatment Plan ribbon bar, or press F2 on your keyboard.

   

3. Include / Exclude Headings - Enable the Include Heading and/or Include Category options to include the top-level section and / or category headings in the import. Disable the one or both options to omit the headings from the import.

   Edge Cloud remembers these settings the next time you import findings. If another Edge Cloud user has the settings you want to use, that user can use the Assign Options tool to copy those settings to you, or vice-versa.

   

4. Select Data to Import - The import tool defaults to including the categories you have flagged for export in your Findings editor. However, you can select / deselect any item to identify what you want to import at this time.

   

5. Choose Import Mode - Enable the Single Line option at the bottom of the import window to import your selections as one line, separated by a comma. Or disable the option to have the selections appear as a list.

   Edge Cloud remembers this settings the next time you import findings. If another Edge Cloud user has the settings you want to use, that user can use the Assign Options tool to copy those settings to you, or vice-versa.

   

6. Import Data - Click Import to add your findings selections to the record.

   

7. Save - Click Save in the Quick Access toolbar, or at the bottom of the Treatment Hub or Treatment Plan window, or press your Tab key after the final column of the treatment chart entry to save the record
