Run the Orthodontist List report to review the list of doctors in your practice, along with their abbreviations and professional identification numbers.
Create orthodontist list - Create and maintain your list of doctors with the Orthodontist
Home ribbon bar > 
Reporting > Table > Orthodontist List > Run. (You can also search for the report you want to work with.)
Click Reporting from the Reporting section of the Home ribbon bar.
Expand the Table reports section (if needed), and select the Orthodontist List. Then click Run.
You might also be able to run this report or form from your Recent Reports or Quick Reports list.
Manage output - With the results on your screen, you can manage the output with the toolbar at the top of the report window.
Active records only - The results of this report include all active records in the corresponding
