Edit Contract Details
Use the Contract Details editor to assign a late fee policy, contract class(es), and statement due date of a contract, and to change the treatment phase associated with the contract.
Use the Contract Structure editor, not the Contract Details editor to reallocate a contract among billing parties or change payment schedules. See "Edit Contract Structure" for details.
How to Get Here

Open Patient Finance Page - Patient folder >
Finance page.

Choose Contract - Select a contract from the list at the left of the window. If the treatment phase you want to work with is collapsed, click the [+] button to expand it so you can see all the billing names. (See "Patient Finance Page" for details.)

Launch Contract Details Editor - Patient ribbon bar > Edit section > Contract Details.
Use This Feature
Review and Edit Details - You originally set up these fields on the Summary tab of a new contract. However, if the contract was created from a proposal, the contract will have default values.
Save Your Changes - Click Save to save the changes you have made and close the editing window.
