Use Messaging Groups to easily send a message to a specific set of staff members.
Home ribbon bar >New message.
If your Message Center is open, you can click New Message from the Actions section of the Messages ribbon bar.
Create a messaging group - Click To..., then place the staff member(s) you want to include in the group in the recipient list at the right of the screen. Then, click Add Group and type a name for the group. Your new group will now appear in the available staff member list.
Send a message to a group - Click To..., then place the group name in the recipient list at the right of the screen. Note that group names are preceded by a special icon. When you send the message, each staff member that is included in the group will receive the message.
View group members - Hover over a group name in either the available staff or recipient list to see the individual staff members that are included in the group.
Edit / delete a group - Click To..., then right-click the group name in the available staff list, and choose the action you wish to perform. You can delete a group, rename a group, and edit the individual members that comprise the group.
