Personal Information Panel

Use the Personal information panel to store the employee name, address, phone number, and more. All operators can see this area of the HR Manager employee record. However, that the social security number is only visible when you edit the personal information panel, to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing sensitive information.

How to Get Here

• The Personal panel of the HR Manager is always open whenever you are viewing an employee's record

Use This Feature

• View data - All operators can see this area of the HR Manager employee record. However, the social security number is visible only when you edit the data.

• Edit data - Select Personal from the Edit section of the HR Manager ribbon bar and edit the fields as needed. Be sure to click Save to save your changes.

Notice!

• HR Manager / Operator editor integration - Enter the email address you would like to use when contacting the employee. The address in the Operator editor integrates with the address in the Personal panel of your employee's HR Manager record to provide an easy method for contacting employees.
