Compensation History

The employee Compensation History area contains data about the changes made to an employee’s salary. Only operators with appropriate security rights can access this panel.

• Select employee record > Compensation History panel. See "View Employee Record" for details.

Use This Feature

• View data - Only operators with Full Access security rights to HR Manager Compensation can see this area of the employee record. See "Set Up HR Manager Security " for details.

• Edit data - You cannot edit the Compensation History directly: All data is obtained automatically whenever a change is made with the Compensation editor. See "Employee Compensation" for details.
