Use the Force Password Change option in your Operator accounts to require employees to change their password before logging into Edge again. Requiring password changes regularly helps keep your data secure.
Home ribbon bar > Editors > Practice> Operators. (You can also search for the editor you want to work with.)
Choose Record to Work With - Your list of existing records appears at the left. Click the record to work with. The details for that record appear at the right.
Enable change fields - Enable the Force Password Change on Login field. Also review the Minimum Password Length field to be sure it is appropriate for this employee. Note that you can change this field to 0 (zero) if no password is required.
Save Changes Click
Save in your Quick Access toolbar or File ribbon bar (or press Ctrl+S on your keyboard) to save any changes you have made.
Enable operator accounts individually - Note that you must enable the Force Password Change option for each operator account individually.
Field disables automatically - The Force Password Change field is disabled automatically as soon as the employee successfully changes the password and logs into Edge.
Protocol suggested - We highly suggest you create an office protocol for requiring password changes regularly to best protect your data.
