Other Referrer Labels

Run a QL - Referrer label to generate a label for parties in your Other Referrer editor. The label defaults to including the referrer's name and address, and are formatted to print on single-column label paper with an approved printer.

You can print labels only for parties in your Other Referrer editor in this manner. To print labels for referrers that are also professionals (dentists, periodontists, etc.), use Professional labels; to print labels for referrers that are also Edge Cloud patients, use Patient labels.

Run This Label

  1. Click to OpenOpen the Label - Home ribbon bar > Reporting section > Reporting > Label > QL-Referrer > Run. (You can also use the Search field to find the label you want to work with.) You might also be able to run this label from your Recent Reports or Quick Reports list. See "Run Reports" for details.

  2. Choose Referrer / Subgroup - When you print QL- Referral labels, you may choose a specific party from your Other Referrer editor, or select a subgroup. If you do not select either an individual referrer or a subgroup, no labels will be printed. These labels print on single-column label paper.

    Only subgroups that include "Referrer Other" details will function: Subgroups that contain any other type of element will not work with this label.

  3. View Results - If needed, click View at the top of the report settings panel to view the results on your screen. When you run a report or form from your Recent Report list, or when you run a Quick Report, the initial results are sent to your screen immediately, with one exception: A Quick Report that has the Print Only option enabled will not show your results on the screen at all, but continue with the printing options.

  4. Manage Options and Output - With the results on your screen, you can choose different report settings from the left side of the screen and click View again to obtain different results. In addition, you can manage the output with the toolbar at the top of the report window. See "Use Report Results" for details. In addition, labels can either be printed, or exported as a standalone file.

More Information

Do Not Use Partial Label Sheets - If you do not print an entire sheet of 3-column labels in one print job, do not re-feed the unused portion of the label sheet through your printer! You could seriously damage your printer!
