Treatment List

Run a Treatment List report to review the list of treatment phases you have created to assign to patient folders. The report includes the phase description, abbreviation, default number of treatment months, and the assigned phase classification.

Get Started

Create Treatment Phase List - Use the Treatments editor to maintain your list of patient treatment phases. Each record includes the treatment description, abbreviation, default number of treatment months, and classification. Because Edge Cloud uses the treatment phase to track patient contracts, transactions, treatment progress, and other critical statistics, it is important that your list is comprehensive, and that patient folders are assigned to the appropriate treatment phase at all times. Create Treatment Phase Classification List -Use the Treatment Classification editor to create a list of categories to assign to your treatment phases (most commonly used with Gaidge integrations). The data is collected according to the phase assigned to your patient folders. You can optionally add standard Gaidge descriptions to this list. See "Set Up Treatment Phase Classifications" for details.

Run This Report

  1. Click to OpenOpen the Report - Home ribbon bar > Reporting section > Reporting > Table > Treatment List > Run. (You can also use the Search field to find the report you want to work with.)You might also be able to run this report from your Recent Reports or Quick Reports list. See "Run Reports" for details.

  2. View Results - If needed, click View at the top of the report settings panel to view the results on your screen. When you run a report or form from your Recent Report list, or when you run a Quick Report, the initial results are sent to your screen immediately, with one exception: A Quick Report that has the Print Only option enabled will not show your results on the screen at all, but continue with the printing options.

  3. Manage Options and Output - With the results on your screen, you can choose different report settings from the left side of the screen and click View again to obtain different results. In addition, you can manage the output with the toolbar at the top of the report window. See "Use Report Results" for details.
