You can open this feature in multiple ways: Use the method that's most convenient for you.

Home Ribbon Bar - Help> Release Notes.

File Ribbon Bar - Help options (hover to open options) > Release notes.

Use This Feature

Review Document - A copy of the lastest Edge Release notes opens in a new window, in .PDF format. You need an active Internet connection for the document to open.

Save / Print the Document - Press Shift+Ctrl+S on your keyboard to save to document file to your computer; or press Ctrl+P to print the document. You can also use the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar that hovers at the bottom of the page, if it is available, to save or print the document.

Check For Updates - To get the latest Edge updates for your system, be sure to periodically disable the Disable Check for Updates During Login setting in your General User Options. See "Set Up General User Options" for details.
