Create pre-determined sequences of appointments and checklist items that are generally required for completing different types of treatment. After selecting a default treatment sequence for a patient, you may edit the sequence at any time to meet that patient's unique treatment needs.
Home ribbon bar > Editors > Treatment > Treatment Sequence. (You can also search for the editor you want to work with.) for the editor you want to work with.)
Choose sequence to work with - Your list of existing default treatment sequences appears at the left. Click the sequence you want to work with. The details for that sequence appear at the bottom of the window.
Create a new sequence - Type a name for your new sequence and click Add. You can then add procedure and checklist elements to your sequence.
Change name- Type in the Name box that is in the Edit List section of the window to change the name of your sequence.
Delete a sequence - Click the name, then click Delete.
Edit sequence elements - Add, edit and remove procedure and checklist elements, and re-order the elements in your sequence.
Add an element - Enter the element details in the Add Sequence Element section of the window, then click Add.
Procedure or Checklist description - Select from your procedure list, or type a description of what you need to do for your checklist element.
Weeks offset - Enter the number of weeks this element should happen after the previous element is completed.
List - Choose a Sequence List to associate with this element. (See "Set Up Treatment Sequence Lists" for details about setting up your lists.)
Edit an element - Select the element to work with, then change the weeks or list association as needed. Note that once you have added an element, you cannot change the description. You must instead delete the element, then re-add it with the correct description.
Re-order elements - Click an element in your sequence, then click up / down to re-order them.
Delete an element - Click the element to work with, then click Delete. This does not remove the element from any existing patient treatment sequences.
Save Changes Click
Save in your Quick Access toolbar or File ribbon bar (or press Ctrl+S on your keyboard) to save any changes you have made.
