Set Up Tooth Chart Options

Use your Tooth Chart user options to choose your primary tooth numbering method, and determine how your tooth chart is displayed in patient folders. Note that your security rights must include full access to the User Options Editor setting in the Practice Administration security group for this feature to work for you.

1. Open Tooth Chart User Options File, Home, Patient, or Scheduler Ribbon Bar > User Options > Tooth Chart.

   Select User Options from a ribbon bar.

   

   Choose the Tooth Chart options.

   

2. Choose Your Settings   Choose your default numbering method and tooth chart display options.

   

   Available Settings

   Stack Tooth Chart and Images - You can enable the Stack tooth chart and images Tooth Chart user option to stack your tooth chart and image layout on your Treatment Hub, or disable this option to show the tooth chart and image layout side-by-side.

   

   Top and Bottom Teeth Equal Widths - Enable this option to equalize the size of the teeth in the display.

   Default Tooth Numbering - Select your preferred tooth numbering method. Although this setting will be your default, you can always change the numbering method while viewing the tooth chart.

3. Save Your Changes - Click Ok to save any changes to your user options and exit the window. If other Edge users want the settings you have chosen, you can use the Assign Options tool to copy your settings them.

User Settings / Assign Options Tool - The settings you choose here are specific to you; Other operators that log into Edge with a different username and password may have different settings. However, you can use the Assign Options tool to copy your settings to other operators (and vice-versa) if needed. (See "Assign Your Settings to Other Users" for details.)
